Abstract

Heavy metals and metalloids are environmental pollutants ;most likely Zinc,Lead, Cadmium, Arsenic, Mercury and Chromium. when heavy metals accumulate to toxic level in agriculturalsoils they are non-biodegradable elements adversity affect crop health and productivity. Heavy metals contaminated soil has become a growing concerns due to rapid urbanization and industrialization. soil contamination from heavy metals is one of the most significant environmental concerns facing the whole world today. human activities such as mining, forming and manufacturing plant operations, can allow them access to the environment and finally contaminates soil. Heavy metal polluting soil can harm crops, changes the food chain and endanger human health.thus the overarching goal for humans and the environment should be the avoidance of soil contamination by Heavy metal.
